Laptop not loading certain website

I have a wireless network at home and my laptop will not load click here. My PC and my iPhone on the same wireless network load them with no problems. When I try to access it on the laptop, I get a "Page Load Error" with this text:

Network Timeout

The server at click here is taking too long to respond.

The requested site did not respond to a connection request and the browser
has stopped waiting for a reply.

* Could the server be experiencing high demand or a temporary outage?
Try again later.
* Are you unable to browse other sites? Check the computer's network
* Is your computer or network protected by a firewall or proxy?
Incorrect settings can interfere with Web browsing.
* Still having trouble? Consult your network administrator or Internet
provider for assistance.

I have tried a spyware scan, I have tried to turn off windows firewall. It doesn't work in IE, Firefox, or Chrome. All other websites I visit work perfectly.

Anyone able to help? It is very annoying not being able to visit that site on the laptop...

Anyone? I could use some suggestions, I can't seem to fix it.
