genuinely sorry if i'm stating the obvious, but have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the easyshare software?

I've had three Kodaks, still got one, and I never have been able to use their "Easy"share software.

I manage to get all I want from other programmes.

I ditched Easy Share ages ago, and I find this much better click here

Like the rest, I had many problems with Easyshare, even with the latest updates that Kodak provided via cd disk. I still use the station for charging and topping up the batteries, but for printing I now use an independent card reader, which makes life much simpler.

Regarding Kodak do not care, is far from the truth in my case. Always had a quick response to any queries that have come to light. My DX3700 developed a fault, and Kodak made all the arrangements for collection, repair and return delivery, to and from Belgium. All the way through the process they kept me fully informed.

But I did, and have spoken to call centres in Scotland, Italy and Russia. All the advisers spoke perfect English with a slight accent :O)
