I have a problem in that I can't download the lates software from the Kodak site, it tells me that 'There is problem with my network and to check networks and try again'.I have tried all the 'suggested'fixes from Kodak incl some fixes I got from this forum on an earlier slightly different issue.
I am running Win 7.
I can download the latest software no problem onto my laptop running Vista.
Currently I am running on the outdated software on the didk supplied with the printer....the update link from within the program still gives the same error
really frustrated but I am not saying it is a Kodak fault as I have downloaded it ok to my laptop
