Keywords using Frontpage

I was recently shown how to remove a border on web pages (Frontpage)by clicking on the HTML icon at the bottom of the window & then replacing a '1' with zero, etc.
Is it possible to change/add/remove keywords by the same procedure and is it detrimental to retain a keyword that you might only use on a page once a year?

Search engines tend to expect keywords to be in your text, starting with <h1> on the index.html page and that will be the primary influence. If you want to ammend the keyword metatag, doing so in the HTML is often the simplest approach. To answer your last question; no, it would not be detrimental. click here and read the links that I provided.
