Keyboard problems

I have a wireless Packard Bell keyboard which has developed a few minor problems with the keys. When useing the up shift button certain keys have changed places, the @ is now on the number 2 key and the " is now where the @ should be, the # and | have swaped keys and the pound sign is nowhere to be found !!
I know its not a major prob, more of a nuisance at certain times when typing things and you forget.
Anyone got any ideas whats gone wrong and is there a way to return it to normal ??

Control Panel > Regional and Language Options. Languages tab, Details button, set keyboard to United Kingdom.
