Kernel 32 DLL Error

Well, I'm here again after a few months. This time I've got an annoying error message ( Explorer has caused an error in Kernel 32 DLL Explorer will close now) I'v updated my windows but this problem still exist's. I'm use Windows Me. What do I have to do to fix this problem? Is anyone able to give me advice?

Hi raffy. I had this problem and was advised to try the following " start-run-msconfig-click ok-
click startup tab-go to Em_Exel and remove tick
if ticked- click apply- click yes to restart.It worked for me and i`m using Win ME. Give it a try. Meshuga.
