Kaspersky Internet Security

I installed Kasperksy Internet Security on my home computer and took advantage of the six month free update to Kaspersky 7.0. Now this is due for renewal, but when I type in my ID and password I repeatedly get a message that there's no registration for these. As there are now only 6 days left, it seems I must either buy the whole package rather than renewal, or switch to a different company. Has anyone else on this forum experienced this problem?

I'll forward your question to my contact at Kaspersky and ask them to contact you directly.

Kind regards

You will probably have to delete it.Run the removal tool Then run C Cleaner. Then try and reinstall the new version that you want.click here Like most products if you shop around you will probably be able to get it cheaper elsewhere.Just try this if nobody comes up with a better solution.

The CD Editor has kindly offered his assistance so ignore my idea as you will probably get an easier method of renewal.
