Kaspersky blocks web on T-mobile Broadband?

I am visiting the UK from Australia, and have purchased a T-Mobile broadband package to use on my laptop. I installed the T-Mobile Web'n'Walk, but find that whilst I can send and receive emails, I cannot access any websites unless I disable protection on Kaspersky. I can't even download Kaspersky updates. T-Mobile seem aware of this issue, but have no solutions. Has anyone else had this issue, or found a solution other than replacing Kaspersky?

is there any way of allowing t mobile in kapersky settings.

Thx for responding. I went to application settings and shifted the 2 web'n'walk apps from Low Restricted to Trusted, but has not had any impact. Am no expert with Kaspersky but thought this would fix things.......sadly not

Think I can close this off. Managed to get advice from Kaspersky on how to get round this.

Double click the Kaspersky icon

Choose settings

Choose network


Untick ports 443 and 80

Apply and ok
