Junk Email Filter Outlook 2007

I am trying to correctly set up the Junk Email Filter on Outlook 2007 and have come to a full stop. I have changed the default setting in the filter from low to high and I know how to block or allow senders but when it comes to the international settings I'm stumped. Do I leave it alone or do I just look them over and check the one's I want. I am talking about Blocked Top Level Domain List and Blocked Encoding List. Any help is appreciated, thanks. J.B.

Review any emails you don't want, block them and you wont get any from that email adress anymore.
