I INSTALLED A JETWAY TV878 TV CARD A FEW DAYS AGO AND I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO CORRECT A SOUND PROBLEM. WHILST WATCHING TV FOR APPROXIMATELY TWO MINUTES THE SOUND SUDDENLY STOPS, I CAN REGAIN IT BY PRESSING THE MUTE BUTTON AND PRESSING AGAIN THE SOUND RETURNS FOR TWO MINUTES AND THEN DISAPPEARS AGAIN. I HAVE AN AUDIGY SOUND CARD, AND I HAVE DOWNLOADED THE LATEST DRIVER FROM AUDIGY. I HAVE TRIED ALL THE HELP FILES IN BOTH PIECES OF SOFTWARE BUT CANNOT FIND ANY HELP WITH MY PROBLEM, CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE?

Hit the caps lock, then check the little lead from the tv card to the sound card. Unplug it at the tv end and touch the tip of the plug. You should hear noises coming from the speakers. If so, it's the tv card. Try reseating it.
