Hi there,

Is it possible to have JAVA turned on or off when browsing sites?? If so, can anyone tell me how to alter it as I think I have it turned off as I'm unable to view certain things. I'm currently using Windows XP Pro.

Cheers, Dinkiz

Hi there,

I've been to the site recommended here and did what it suggested as far as Scrolling down to the Microsoft VM section Java Permissions etc...where on earth is that??? I've scrolled all the way and see nothing called Microsft VM?

I'm using Internet Explorer on Windows XP

Then you are using IE6. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced, the Microsoft VM section is between 'HTTP 1.1 settings' and 'Multimedia' - about halfway down

Hmmm....There is nothing between the HTTP 1.1 section and Multimedia...any more suggestions jazzypop?...please :o(

My best guess is that you do not have Java installed at all - click here , and say Yes when prompted to install the plug-in.
