i've got CMOS checksum error

i bought a new iqon computer from tesco. when i opend it and setup and pressed stast button after that i see that cmos checksum error. i don't understand it?

The most common cause of checksum errors in CMOS is a battery that is losing power. Viruses can also affect CMOS settings, and motherboard problems can also affect the stored values.
As in your case its a new PC i would just change the battery, only cost a couple of quid..

As in your case its a new PC i would just TAKE IT BACK to Tesco

If it doesn't work then it contravenes the Sales of Goods Act as not fit for the service you bought it for.

thank to all. sometime im thinking 2 return it. bt its a hassel for me. but they r providing 2 years warrenty. iqon pc service is really bad. they gave me a printer as well bt no printer cable. i phone them they told me they r sending it. bt still i didn't get it. i don't know wht can i do? i don't trust their service no more.
