i am having problems signing in and connecting to the itunes store. the message i receive is "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store. The network connection has timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, then try again."Is anyone else experiencing these issues. I have ran the diagnostics and everything seems fine. i have no problems conneting to the internet or any other log issues on other websites or programsThanks
i don't have any problems with logging onto the website. I alredy have itunes installed on my laptop. i cannot connect to itunes store to be able to download songs, podcasts etc.
I'm getting the same problem, even reinstalled iTunes to see if that would resolve it but same error appeared.
this might help in a command window type ipconfig /release ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /renewthis may sort it for you
I've tried that ^wave^, but still not connecting.Also tried shutting down mcafee, but that doesn't work.
do you have a fire wallif so try with that off

Not a problem. I haven't been on iTunes lately but when I went on this morning it seems to be working fine. Thanks for your help everyone. Appreciate it :) hope you get sorted too.
