Is it possible to change fonts ?

I use Microsoft Office 2000. in XP. and I have some fairly lengthy documents to produce and edit. In the Drop Down list of fonts there are two fonts, Times New Roman and Arial in the quick- click box at the top. I realise the size and type of font can be changed as defaults by clicking Format and then Font options. I would like to keep both the Times New Roman and Arial fonts already there but add at least one other font which I use frequently to the quick-click box. Is this possible ? How many can I put into the quick-list box ?

If it isn’t possible is there a way I can set something up in the Style commands ?

Not a direct answer to your problem but a quick way to navigate the font list is to open the list and type the first letter of the font you want then you will be taken to that part of the list.
