I can connect to the internet OK but I get error messages when trying to check if I have any new emails.
It was OK earlier.
I haven't changed any settings.
I've used blueyonders new support tool & that tells me that the connection check failed.mmmm
Anyone else getting the same errors.
I'm in Kingston upon Thames area.

According to click here all is OK with BY.

I do get intermittent problems connecting to their mail servers.

mmmmm seems the problem may have been something to do with BY new Instant Support Tool programme that I installed, all is OK, at present.
