Hi,I know what ISUSPM Start Up & ctfmon.exe are but I don't think either of them are necessary start up items. I have tried to disable them but they simply re-appear at every boot.Does anyone know how to stop them? Many thanks.J
Start Up Inspectorclick hereUsed it for ages with no problems.
Thanks but that won't permanently stop them. It will remove them temporarily but as I said both items will re-install at the next boot up.
Alternatively if you have Spybot Search and Destroy use the tools menu and choose System Start up to disable what you want.
For ctfmon have you tried:click here;EN-US;q282599Skeletal
Sorry, for some reason the link did not copyover. I'll try to write it out over several lines so it does not turn into a broken hyper-link. You will need to join them up manually! Here goes:http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q282599Skeletal
