ISP's and home networking

Hope this isn't too daft a question!

I've managed to connect my desktop to my laptop and me and hubby are happily sharing the internet connection.

But I'm a bit worried that my ISP might forbid internet sharing. I've checked out their site (Kingston Internet/Karoo) and can't find much at all.

Do they detect you are networking? What are they likely to do about it? Can they charge you extra?
Has anyone any experience with Karoo in the Hull area?

Would appreciate your comments. I'm new to all this.

I have no experience of that particular ISP but if they do charge you more they will be the only ISP I have heard of that do. I have a wireless network with my desktop PC, my wifes laptop and sometimes my work laptop all sharing the same broadband connection with no problem.

Think of it this way - do your mortgage company charge you more because more then 1 person lives in your house?!!
