ISDN window at boot up

A solo pc running Win 98 brings up this window at boot up "No ISDN devices were found. Please install an ISDN device and run the cofiguration wizard again."
The pc is not set up for networking nor ISDN, neither are needed.Clicking OK clears it but how do I eliminate this window? John S

Looks viral. Have you run a virus check. Look for CFGWIZ32.EXE in msconfig. Is it there.
