ISDN to 2 pc's

  jay123 11:19 07 May 2003

Ive been after ADSL for ages, found out this week that even when my exchange is upgraded in july i wont be able to get it, cus i live to far away. Ive had to settle for ISDN.
I want to know how i can conect two pc's to the isdn line through one modem without having to have both pc's on, so not just a network.
I asume i can do this with a router of some sort, but dont know much about that area.
Any help would be welcome.

Thanks for the link but there is nothing on there that helps.
Surely someone has conected two pc's to an isdn line?!

But it plainly says in the answer to question 1, you can have a PC plugged into each of the two blue sockets (internal card or terminal adaptor required) and a third in the USB socket. No modem is required. If you only want to use one comp at a time just swap the leads. Note that 'Highway' is ISDN (2 channels) plus an analogue line. I don't think they do a basic ISDN2 these days.
