IR port on old laptop - how do I use it?

Hi,

I have an old Hitachi M-134T/1000 laptop. Just to give you an idea of what kind of machine it is, it's a Pentium I 133MHz with exchangeable floppy drive/CD ROM.

It appears to have an Infra-Red port on the side, but I can't see it in Device Manager and there is no software installed for it (probably because it has been reformatted an Windows reinstalled a few times).

I could really do with being able to use it for Nokia PC Suite, and would like to know how I can activate it, or if necessary, find a driver for it.

Any ideas?
