ipc laptop problem

hi i have an ics powernote m (model 8375) and i had to format it and reinstall windows xp but i dont have the original driver disc any more and so i went to the ipc web page and downloaded the drivers that were there one by one and installed the devices but there is one thing i cant get to install it says in the device manager network controller and pci simple comunications devices under the other divices tab and they have a yellow ! on them. i didnt know what they were until i tried to network the laptop to the pc and it wouldnt allow me to so does anybody know how i can get the devices to install or where to get the drivers from.
the network card has installed ok its just them 2 things thanks

hi the help fruit bat gave solved the pci communication problem but not the network controller is there anything else i can try for the network controller thanks
