IP Address & DNS Errors

I'm having problems getting access to any yahoo mail and virginnet mail - I get the "page can't display or DNS error" message. I have no problems accessing them from other PC's. I have tried loads of different things without success. I was wondering if it is possible that my IP address has been blacklisted if it has been used for spamming (I have never spammed!). Is it possible for your IP address to be hijacked? Has anyone had any similar experiences or views for the problem.

Cheers
