Have you tried to remove it via Start > Control Panel > Add Remove Programs?

To reconfigure look at the link Graham supplied, see this taken from that page:

"Control features
intY WebDefender's easy-to-use administration screen allows you to set your own preferences for web address filtering, access times, and URL lists. Furthermore, intY WebDefender includes the industry-leading SurfControl® URL database containing 47 major categories, with 145 sub-topics."

Its a friend that asked me what to do because they didnt know and after going through pages of google and countless solutions like add/remove, task manager, msconfig etc they couldnt find it.

last try i asked them if it was in program files they said yes. Then after asking them if it has a menu in the start menu bit they said yes.

Thought they would have tried the programs menu before asking for help.

Thanks anyway.
