Introducing Buttons

I'm new to this weird web world, but developing my site with NetObjects Fusion 10. It's not been easy at all. I have about 9 pages for the site, but wanted to introduce an 'email' button and also 'back' button. The last one to assist user navigation.
Can anyone advise please?

DO you have to have buttons? You could just type in your text and then highlight it and link it to whichever page you are directing back to. Or you could make some buttons using a dedicated program - you could even make them yourself in paint or any free program on the web(look in google; there are plenty of free buttons out there) Then you insert it as an image and then, again, select it and in image properties choose 'link' and link it to your page or the email address.
