Internet without cd drive

I have an ancient compaq lte 3/44 which I would like to connect to the internet. It is running 95 OS but when I try to use the internet connection wizard I am asked to insert the 95 cd which I cant as I have no ROM drive. I do have the 95 floppies however.

you should be able to connect without using the wizard.

however you will need the drivers for the network card you are using.

what are you trying to connect through? router? BB modem? dial up modem?
