I have McAfee Security centre software installed on my pc.
Do I need other softwares installed e.g. Spybot ,ADAWare to complement it?

Yes is the short answer, but it is entirely up to you. I would personally advise adding spybot click here and ad-aware click here
cCleaner is always good because of it's versatility click here
As McAfee has it's own anti-virus you shouldn't add another.
One last antimalware is A squared click here

You can have as many antimalware programmes as you like but only one antivirus.

suggest due to the on going problems with asquared you try superantispyware instead

click here you want the blue free for home user version

but as always the final decision is yours BUT make sure you only have ONE antivirus program installed

A Squared.SpywareBlaster.WinPatrol.& McAfee Site Advisor. The last two just put Icons on your computer and just a matter of up-dating them every 6 months or so.McAfee warns you when you go to bad websites so limits the chances of you downloading any nasties.

Nothing wrong with CCleaner - it's an excellent bit of kit which I use myself.

However, if your post was to ask about additional security software, be aware that CCleaner is NOT security software - it's a crap cleaner (as the name suggests) and a very gentle registry cleaner - nothing more, nothing less.
