In the screenshot, the Wireless Network Connection has been "shared". When Internet Connection Sharing was enabled on that connection, Windows will have given the Local Area Connection the IP address 192.168.0.1 and Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0 - there are no Default Gateway or DNS Server addresses because that connection isn't connecting to the internet, the wireless one is.
The Xbox should be configured to get its addresses automatically, which it does by DHCP from the Laptop. It will get an IP address between 192.168.0.2 and 192.168.0.254 with Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0, Default Gateway 192.168.0.1 and DNS server 192.168.0.1
It is important that the Router to which the Laptop is connected doesn't also operate in the same Subnet (IP address range). If its IP address is 192.168.0.1 this needs to be changed so that its third 'octet' (number) is something other than 0, for example 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.2.1 etc.
