Internet Explorer Shutting down

  albertwok 21:38 12 Apr 2010

Hi everyone
I've started having problems with Internet Explorer shutting down. It happens when on any site and I try to download a PDF file within the site.
I have Windows XP. IE7.
I Have run virus & spyware scans nothing shown up.
I do not have the same problem if I use Firefox
So I am hoping someone can provide an explanation for this behaviour.
Thanks in anticipation

Try Tools > Internet Options > Advanced - "Reset Inernet Explorer settings' > 'Reset' and see if it makes a difference
