My peers will provide far better advice than I can, but you might try Tiscali Technical Support on:
0906 300 6633 (50p per min)
or 0870 744 2922 for Broadband support (charged at national rate, they say),
or 0845 660 1001 for "Sign up support only" (local rate).
Or you can probably access Tiscali Live Help (if they have one) from a computer that runs Tiscali.
Or you can simply uninstall and reinstall the Tiscali.
Sorry not to be able to provide more help. I'm only a beginner in this field, so all I can tell you is what I would do in such a situation. My next step after the above would be to tear my hair out and burst into tears.
Thanks for the help,it seems that tiscali installs IE 6 automatically and this may be the problem.I'll try and revert back to IE 5 and see if it sorts it. Ticked as resolved for now as I will not see this machine until Fri.Regards.
