I bought an internal hard drive click here(14034)Western-Digital-160GB-Caviar-SATA-II-300.aspx and then discovered that the motherboard did not have the right connection for this. The motherboard has a pin (48pins i think) connection.

I'm wondering if i should by this click here to connect it!

Will this be suitable or can you recommend something? I may try to get it exchanged if there's no solution, or use it as a secondary hard drive on a different computer (does it matter if both hard drives are different makes).

Many thanks

Simple answer - Yes, that should do it.
