Upon installing this I encountered a few niggles with some of my software saying its not compatible with the o/s

Comodo Firewall
Windows Live Messenger

Also with Spyware Terminator to add also.

To be effective.
64 bit will run 32 bit, but some will not cooperate.
More over the ideal combination is 64 bit board and processor/64 bit O/S 64 bit Software..
Shades of when I used to build 16/32 machines
In those days software was written for a 16 bit bus
32bit processors were coming in and ran 16 bit software like double greased lightning.

I use windows own firewall and AVG which works fine.

Most things seems to work fine.

Can anyone answer my issue please???

I found the Comdo Firewall and setpoint and keyboard software so that's fine.

I'm looking for windows live messenger because the version won't let me install it on x64 edition.

With Nero during the install I don't see the "InCD" program to install Its the latest Nero 8 I use.

Spyware Termniator in the version I got it says it will only offer me "Spyware Scan" instead of "Spyware Protection"

Anyone help???

For Live messenger see here

Don't know about your other programs though.
Incd was always a bit dodgy anyway so I never use it. I remember when it wouldn't even load in Windows M.E.

From the nero site

"The standard installation of Nero 8 does not automatically install InCD.
Follow the step below to install InCD.
In Nero StartSmart click on the Nero StartSmart logo in the left corner at the bottom and select:

Nero ControlCenter

Go through the "Nero Installation Wizard", the application InCD can now be installed by a right-click on the InCD option."

"But don’t worry folks there’s a small trick to get it running on Windows XP x64 and Server 2003. The fact is that Windows Live Messenger is fully compatible with XP x64. The trick is simple, instead of downloading the messenger from the official page by running the WLive installer; you need to download the .msi installer which will install the messenger without any problems"
