Installing Windows in new hard drive

If my hard drive crashes, can I replace it with a new hard drive and install windows xp from the disc that came with the computer?

As long as you use the certificate of authenticity (COA)code on the sticker that is on the PC,

Yes. Why not buy the new drive now download xxclone which is free click here
and clone your C drive to your new drive. XXclone gives you the option to make it bootable and you can then test to see it works OK . If your first hard drive becomes corrupt you can clone your second drive back to your first drive.
It works and is easy.
