Installation of new Windows Defender X64

I downloaded the new version of Windows Defender X64 but was unable to install due to --The Installation package is not supported by the processor type--.

Ihave an Intel Celeron Processor X86 Family 6 Model 8 Stepping 6 Speed 697MHz in my E Machine and require to know what type processor to install and if any other hard ware would require to be installed in support.

According to Microsoft site for this the following are the system requirements.

Personal computer with an Intel Pentium 233-megahertz (MHz) or higher processor; Pentium III recommended.

Operating system: WinXP SP2 or later
64MB RAM (minimum); 128MB RAM (recommended).
20MB of available hard disk space.
IE6.0 or later.

My impression is that the Celeron is not ideal as it states Pentium III

Could be a conflict with other programme or security software. Also the system perfomance may play a big part.
