Inserting multiple blank rows in Excel

I have a spreadsheet with about 1000 rows of data. I would like to insert a blank row beneath each of the existing rows (so the sheet would have a row of existing data then a blank row and so on).

Is there a quick way of doing this please or do I have to insert each black row 'manually'?
