Ink cartridges - Good value or false economy?

  Inky Fingers 21:35 13 Feb 2003

I see that click here is offering an attractive 2 for 1 deal on remanufactured ink cartridges for a Canon BC02, which would suit my BJC-250 and BJC-1000 printers. But I have bought non original Canon makes before and had my fingers burnt. In the end it costs you more because they don't work and you have to but the real thing anyway. Any advice, either way, please?

I have a Canon BJ4300 and an Epson 880.I have used compatible cartridges from Cartridge Club UK for 4 and 2 years respectively and never had any problems at all.I get good reults on photos which is my main concern. If I bought the correct cartridges for my Epson it would be cheaper to buy a new printer every third refill.
