When I tried it this AM I found my previous Acronis details, email address etc were accepted as a user name(strange I know), together with the password I used 2 years ago to register Acronis product.
That got me straight in and I could edit details from there.

To log into the new Acronis forum you use the same login details as for your Acronis account although you may wish to edit your "nickname" for use on the forum.
If you do not have an Acronis account click on "support" as per mooly's link to be taken to relevant page.
