Every time I get on to Google, and before I can select the web page I want, the following window appears.

Internet Explorer Script Error.
An error has occurred in the script on this page.

Line: 11
Char: 56
Error: "windows external" is null or not an object.
Code: 0
URL: click here?
sourceid=navclient&aq=oh&oq=wd&ie=UTP
8&rlz=1T4GZAZ_en-GBGB333GB334&q=wq&%26+ho+smith

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

YES NO

That was the message when I tried to access WE & HO Smith. The words change for each website I try to access. Has anyone any idea what it all means and is there a way to correct this?

I had a script error this morning as well.
It may well be if you have an updated Host File or maybe using an add blocker like IE7 pro.

You can go to tools.Developer tools.Dissable on the Toolbar and click on script.
Just reverse it if you want to go back.
Unfortunately it will interfere with flash programs but like I said just reverse it.
You should find that your browsing and opening pages are a bit quicker .

Thanks, your suggestion seems to be working. I won't click resolved just yet until I try a few more websites. On one site at least there's a 'Report Error' page blocking access to the web.
I'll work on it and if successful, get back.
Thanks again for your help.
