Incredimail "reply" problem

Sometimes when I try to reply to an Email in Incredimail using the Reply feature it sends the message to my out box and then I get a message on the screen asking me to check my pop settings and password This never changes and works with other Emails. Has anyone had this problem with Incred and is there a fix?
