Web pages download without any border panels or colour panes only get centre of page, edges are just white.
Was using IE6 had this problem, downloaded IE7 still have problem
Checked settings through Tools-Internet options they seem OK
Would be grateful for any assist.

Do you mean with a page like this one we're looking at - you don't see the blue striped strips down the edges of the page, just white strips - but you do see the whole of the actual main page?

Or something different?

If looking at this page there no coloured PC Advisor heading although the ABOUT CONTACT .... line is there the actual words PC ADVISOR aren't no blue horizontal strips between each reply no side light blue panel on left or right side.

In other things on your system are all the colours displayed correctly, and only web pages that aren't?

TRy this - in IE go to Tools - Internet Options

On the main General tab click the Accessibility button (bottom right) - untick anything that's ticked there. Close everything and try again.

all formatting in accessibility are unchecked.
Yes only web pages aren't working but only parts of page.
There is colour on the parts that are displayed but as I said earlier the panel outlay doesn't appear eg the light blue panels down each side of the page when writing reply aren't there but the broadband advisor advert is there in its black, yellow and red colours

I'm having the same problem - please help.

Wonder if it is an add-on problem. Try running IE7 without add-ons. All programs - Accessories - System tools - Internet Explorer No Add ons.
Try it and see.
