Importing work OPUtlook calender into own home PC

What I would like to do is save the calender on my laptop computer, so that I can copy this file over to my personal home PC and use the Outlook there.

I have tried looking through the help guide on outlook and the help forum but can't see how or if i can do this.

I am not able to directly access the laptop via the net as we have a protected server at work..I'd just like to save and import is that make sense.

Thanks for looking and any help greatly appreciated.

If not you're stumped anyway.

If i remember correctly the Google-Mail calender is compatible with Outlook and you might be able to export it. However what you say about your work set-up suggests that that might not be possible, so you would almost certainly need assistance from the IT Department and a very persuasive reason.

wee eddie says you have Outlook installed at home
