hi, when i download a image, in the bottom right hand corner is a thing that looks like a beefburger with 4 arrows, when clicked it opens the image to it's proper size, is there a way to keep the image the right size? each time..thanks
You mentioned Irfanview in your title, but the 4-way arrow beefburger looks like what you get when you use Internet Explorer to view a photo. Are you using IE for viewing photo?
If you are using IE, and you don't want it to resize it for you, in IE, click Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab, scroll down to Multimedia, and untick "Enable automatic image resizing". Click OK.If you don't want IE to open an image, but prefer Irfanview, just open Irfanview, click Options, Set file associations, and pick your choice. One convenient button is the Images Only button.
oh dear, you are right about IE, just got the PC and I am getting lost..so thanks for the help.
