Well I read that this is just a warning that windows has seen a conflict with the programe you are using and is not uncommon.

It does not mean that you are breaking the law as it appears to sugest.

Its just another way of telling you that the program has crashed.

have a look in controlpanel/administrative tools/event viewer and see if any errors are listed here that might point to the problem.
