Ignore all - but not all the time

Using Office 2010 I have documents which are frequenlty added to. I click "ignore all" for the words underlined in red - which is OK - - but on re-opening the file, the same words are again underlined, and the process needs to be gone through again! How do I get the "ignore all" to be permanent?
