I.E8 32 bit or 64bit

In the program list on my new Windows 7 (64 bit) laptop there are 2 Internet Explorer 8's.

One is 32 bit and one is 64 bit.

Which one should I use as I've tried both and I cannot tell any difference.

In what way are the 32 and 64 bit ones different.

Any 64 bit browser is fairly useless ATM until there's a 64 bit Flash.
