IE7 problem - presumably

I downloaded IE7 (I run XP Home) and have now received the following error message whenever I boot up.
"Smartbridge Alerts : BTHelpNotifier.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL "
I have BT Broadband and therefore BT Help. It doesn't seem to stop me doing anything : it's just a pain. Any ideas how to solve the problem ?

you could try uninstalling & reinstalling bt help

You could try uninstalling IE7 and sticking with IE6.

IE7 is still in Beta and 'buggy' - as many threads in this Forum will attest.

Its the BT desktop helper which BT have not made compliant with IE7. Either uninstall the desktop helper if you do not use it or take it out of the start up list and launch it if you need it. IE7 will be fine after that.

Since I uninstalled BT Help in July, I've had no problems with IE7 or BT Broadband so fingers crossed that this continues.
