IE6 blocking downloads

After a new installation of XP, IE6 is coming up with the annoying "we are blocking this download" message below the toolbar.

I don't understand why, as the IE settings appear to be identical to those on another pc which has never received these messages.

Any suggestions please?

ps No I don't want to get IE7 nor IE8 thank-you!

Thanks.
These are files we want to download but can't without getting past the prompt.
We already have this setting at "disabled", that's what I don't understand.

You're not reading my link correctly - it should be set at "Enabled" not "Disabled".

Presumably you can also click on the information bar and download like that

Yes, "Enabled" enables the prompt which I'm trying to avoid, but thanks anyway.

Yes, sorry - confusing myself now :@)

Can you get past the block and download the files?

If it's just a case that you want to disable the information bar you will need to adjust your security settings - not too much of a problem as you are using IE6 which is most insecure anyway.
