My friend cannot get on the net. His PC dials out and connects okay but IE just keeps saying that it cannoit display page and that he needs to check his TCIP settings. He is running Win 98 and IE6 and this has only stated happening since freeserve changed to wanadoo. They say it is his machine and not their server?
Using wanadoo disk to retrieve account but to no avail. I was wondering if we removed all traces of freeseve ect and haad no dial up connection at all then tried to reinstall wanadoo and retrieve account that would work?
