I have a broadband connection, winxp pro, Zone Alarm Pro and Norton Antivirus 2004 running. I am experiencing the icons in "My Favorites" changing to something that is unsuitable to mention.

I have got ZA set to Stealth mode, NAV finds nothing, then all of a sudden these Icons popup in my favorites, deleting all the others, and my home page is changed to "click here".

any ideas please I am at my thether. Going for a re-install of XP tomorrow if I can't fix it tonight.

It may be a virus that's got through but it could be spy ware. click the link to download Adaware and run it.

Best of luck.

Ran Adaware 6 and still the same, sorry should have put that in the above.

Have you a previous system restore that you can go back to because the offending virus will be in the registry and that puts an older registry back.

It is CoolWeb - spyware, not a virus.
