According to other banks secure online banking, they are not compatiable with IE 7 as of yet, so will not work whatever you do.

This is probably the case with yours.

I am with HSBC and MBNA and have no problem with their online banking.
I was on IE7 beta2 and am now on the beta3 version, both work o.k.

Barclays, no problem. IE beta 3 now but had no trouble with 2 either.

Had this problem when registering with Halifax. Used Firefox to register and am now accepted using IE7.

Thank all of you for the replies. I will keep testing beta 2 and now 3 and think that the banks are just behind the curve.

but not before they've tested and approved the beta 3 aecurity facilities. Some banks are just faster than others when it comes to online matters.
