You could try resetting the BT Hub to factory settings as follows;
The easiest way to reset to factory setting is to press the little 'hidden' button on the side of the hub (or if it BT HomeHub v2 black one it is located above the wireless button and marked "Reset to Defaults)
The hub will then reboot.
This will reset it completely (ALL settings that you changed will return to factory).
When you log into the Hub manager you will need to type in the password located on the back of the Hub and then you type your chosen password in.
